The support system unites all the different solutions necessary for creating the definite structure where the plant will be supported and fixed to. Also, depending on the type of training method that is desired, different shaped, sized and heavy systems are necessary. Commonly called brackets, the supporting systems are metallic structures made using structural and drawn steel that is cut, shaped and welded to form the loadbearing structure that, oncefitted on the pole, is used as a support for the plant supporting wires. The brackets studied, designed and tested by the Valente technical office, are the result of constant research carried out to improve existing products and to develop them with innovative items valuable for the customer. To guarantee stability, strength and resistance of the supporting system, Valente only uses first choice materials when constructing brackets. Most important of all, the steel is bent, cut and welded without alternating physical-chemical features. Also, the welding of the materials is carried out by a robot, in conformity with the international M.A.G. - WPS standard, to obtain a homogeneous, continuous and controlled welding. This ensures that all pieces are perfectly identical.

From a Valente research a new fixing system is born which eliminates all the problems that generally meets the usage of common brackets. In the orchards, to create the structure like the straight or curved Pergola, the GDC, the V and Y Systems, it is necessary to have a fixing system.The supporting brackets have the task of supporting significant weights (productions from 30 tons to 50-60 tons) and as well as being very robust, they must be equipped with a safe, stable and strong fixing system. The new “UNIKO” universal fixing system, patented Valente, consists of: a fastening that adapts to any shaped or sized pole and “FLEXI” locking device which can be used for all the pole sections of various materials.
