Valente is the steel wire with a high content of carbon, coated with zinc and aluminium alloy. The high content of carbon guarantees best performance in terms of resistance and maintenance of mechanical and physical features of the wire throughout the entire duration of the system. The low level of stretching reduces the need for tightening throughout the system, which in any case results as being very practical if wire-tighteners are used. The STRUKTURASTEEL wire is coated with a layer of zinc (95%) and aluminium (5%) that makes the material highly resistant to corrosion, so much so that the wire lasts as long as the system does.
STRUKTURAINOX is the Valente wire with an exceptional performance. Made using AISI 304 stainless steel with high carbon content and the addition of fine elements such as chrome, nickel and manganese, the STRUKTURAINOX wire is completely invulnerable to atmospheric agents and chemicals. Therefore this wire is suitable for zones with particularly harsh environmental conditions, such as close to the sea, or polluted industrial centres. Further features of the Valente stainless steel wire is the low stretchness, which reduces the need for tightening interventions. The steel used for the STRUKTURAINOX wire, is however, perfectly capable of resisting fatigue stress, such as tying and twisting for locking.
ROP STEEL CABLES
Cables are used to connect the pile to the anchorage in anchor systems with a rear stay wire.
